Description
The present volume fulfills a long-felt need in south Asian studies by initiating a multidisciplinary approach to the study of history in archaeology of the region. The volume colors possibilities and endorses the active involvement of various disciplines. It is hoped that this will lead to increased inputs in the study and practice of archaeology.
