This book contains thirteen papers that were presented at a National Seminar on “National Education Policy 2020: Paradigm Shift in Higher Education” which was organized on March 12, 2024, by the Department of Education and the Department of Economics, Jawaharlal Nehru College, Pasighat, in collaboration with Doying Gumin College Pasighat. The papers highlight the opportunities, challenges and implications in different areas of education through the prism of NEP 2020. The collection explores a wide range of aspects of the policy, including its impact on higher education, teacher training, and employability, its role in the promotion of vocational education, ICT integration, and the preservation and cultural heritage through folktales.
