He has participated and presented papers in international and national conferences and published papers in journals of repute.
He is also serving as the Chairman, Government Child Welfare Committee for Madurai and Theni districts and doing research related to children at risk and implementation of child protection programmes by NGOs. He is actively engaged in research and consultancy work to various development agencies.
