Acceptance and implementation of e-commerce and e-business technologies has brought about a major transformation in the way business is being carried out by organizations. Today, almost all pioneering and successful organizations have incorporated electronic commerce technologies in their business practices. The continuing convergence of modern updated technologies in telecommunication and computing has helped significantly in getting easy access to information stored on networks through desktop and mobile devices.

MUNESH C. TRIVEDI, Ph.D., Computer Science, is presently a faculty at Institute of Management Studies, Ghaziabad, U.P. He has published 20 text books so far and was declared Author of the Year in 2008 as per Books Today survey. He received the Young Scientist Visiting Fellowship from Council of Science & Technology, Govt. of U.P. He has published a number of papers in national and international journals in the areas of fractals, image processing and e-learning. He is a member of CSI, IAE, and life member of ISTE.
